Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receipt.   

Eligibility:
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Items must not have been used or damaged.

Shipping: 
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


Refunds: 
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5  business days of receiving the returned item.

Exclusions:
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refund and Dispute Policy
Refunds: 
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. If your return is eligible for a refund and we have not received the returned item within 21 days, we reserve the right to cancel your refund request.

Disputes: 
If you have a dispute regarding your order, please contact us first to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may file a dispute with your payment processor.
